Join us as a Senior Partnerships Executive in our Singapore HQ!

Working hybrid from your home office and/or our Singapore office, you will support the APAC Partnerships Manager in deploying initiatives with loyalty partners.

You’ll engage with dozens of loyalty partners supporting our banks and financial partners all over the world to implement your ideas quickly, whilst continuing to learn and grow within a global and diverse team with significant opportunities for career progression.

Your Impact

  • Support the Partnerships Manager in retaining and growing Ascenda’s existing portfolio of airline, hotel and loyalty program partners across our full suite of loyalty solutions
  • Collaborate with our partners to plan, design and execute integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline channels
  • Measure and analyze the performance of Ascenda’s partnerships and marketing campaigns, develop insights and advise clients on options to increase performance
  • Support the development of new products and strategic opportunities

Job requirements

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • 3-4 years of experience in partnerships, account management and/or marketing
  • Experience within airline / hotel / loyalty is a big plus
  • An exceptional written and oral communicator
  • Strong ability in project management and a proven track record of efficiently handling multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and with high quality
  • Ability to pull data (SQL), monitor & analyse account performance, develop insights and tell compelling stories
  • Cultural sensitivity and an ability to develop strong relationships with partners from different cultures and backgrounds in the APAC region
  • An eye for great design and the ability to articulate direction providing marketing briefs to our creative team
  • Proactive and possess a strong ability to navigate and work independently within a fast-paced and changing work environment
  • Strong alignment with Ascenda’s core values of growth mindset, hands-on ownership, supportive collaboration, and radical simplicity
