Telemarketing Executive (Entry Level) (C)

Working Location: Central

Working hours: 10am to 6pm (Monday to Friday)

Your role:

• Answer incoming calls from prospective customers
• Use scripts to provide information about product’s features, prices etc. and present their benefits
• Gather information about prospect needs, budgets, timelines, and decision-making processes to assess sales readiness and qualification criteria
• Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s requirements
• Schedule appointments, product demonstrations, or sales meetings for sales representatives with qualified leads or interested prospects.
• Coordinate with sales teams to ensure timely follow-up and preparation for scheduled appointments, providing necessary information and materials to support sales presentations
• Track and analyze telemarketing performance metrics, including call volume, conversion rates, appointment scheduling rates, and lead quality

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma and above
• Prior experience in the marketing field will be an advantage
• Results-oriented, ambitious and positive working attitude
