Job Description
- Assist in daily attendance, staff claim, any documentations.
- Verify and submit employee’s overtime claim
- Issue purchase order for warehouse and operation appliance
- Submit PO for outsource / supplier claim.
- Involve in yearly / monthly / daily stock take
- Plan VAS activity and billing
- Attend employee enquiry
- Ad hoc
Requirements:
- O Level, Professional Certificate / NiTEC, Graduate Diploma
- 1-3year Logistics experience
- Well verse with Microsoft Office
- Well verse with Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP)
- Well verse with WMS
- Able to communicate with colleagues of different nationalities
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good Organisational and Management Skills
- Detailed and task oriented
- Hardworking and able to work with minimum supervision
- Able to do overtime
- Able to work on weekends if necessary
