Warehouse Manager [3PL West Up to $7K] RRKC - Collaborative Environment

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and coach a team of 18 warehouse assistants and responsible for manpower planning, performance appraisal for the team.
• Ensure operations are well-coordinated and progress as planned 
• In charge as Material Handling, Customer Service and Records Keeping
• Engage with the customer’s key stakeholders and internal departments 
• Safeguard warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols
• Work with the data storage system and conduct physical counts to ensure inventory accuracy
• Plan and Implement new design layouts, inspect equipment, and issue work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement 
• Stay updated on relevant legislation and adhere to legal, customs, and industry standards, including safety protocols.
• Ensure timely submission of billing instructions & verification of claims and costs, and prepare reports (Annual Budgets)

Requirements: 

• Minimum 5 years experience working in Logistics / 3PL or equivalent
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to secure business deals, proven leadership in developing individuals and team
• Ensure robust business relationships across various organizations, including senior management
• Knowledge in using Warehouse Management System
