Opportunity
We are excited to offer an internship programme, where you are exposed to key areas of the business. This role will provide valuable hands-on experience in both human resources and operational functions within our firm. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, detail-oriented, and passionate about the crypto industry. Throughout the programme, you will have the chance to engage in cutting-edge research and apply your knowledge to real-world business cases.
 

Key Responsibilities
HR Support:
•Assist with recruitment efforts, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews
•Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires, including preparing documentation and conducting orientation sessions
•Maintain our employee handbook
•Assist with HR administrative tasks and planning team building activities
 

Operations Support:
•Assist with day-to-day operational tasks, including office management and liaising with fund administrator, auditors and external vendors as required
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and improve efficiency
•Assist in preparing documentation, reports, and presentations as required

Who you are
•We are seeking dynamic, curious and proactive individuals who are eager to gain exposure to various aspects of running a successful digital asset firm

•Creative thinking and problem-solving skills are essential, as you will be actively participating in team-based projects and brainstorming sessions
•While prior knowledge of digital assets is not required, a strong passion and willingness to learn are highly valued
•Commitment of 6 months
