Remuneration Package:
• Salary: up to S$ 2,300.00 per month (depending on experience and including variable allowances)
Responsibilities:
• Answer inbound calls and provide information pertaining to queries, complaints & feedback
• First contact resolution of cases handled
• Ensure Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) is properly carried out
Requirements:
• Minimum O Level
• Singaporeans Only
• Relevant experience in Call Centre for at least 12 months is REQUIRED
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Fluent in English and Mandarin
• Highly motivated, energetic and customer oriented with a positive attitude.
Additional Information:
• 5.5 working days (Mon-Fri: 9am to 6pm; Sat: 9am to 1pm); 44 hours per week
• Contact Centre environment
• Working Location at Tampines
• Shuttle service provided on selected timing
