Mystery Shopper (PART TIME) Your Duties • Imitating as actual customers would be the first duty of a mystery shopper. Visiting our stores and evaluating the service level in store would be the next step. • Asking staff questions relating to product knowledge • Creating reports to be submitted within 24hours following visit to store allocated Requirements • As mystery shopper, you must have good communication skills. This would be the basic requirement for the job as you deal with people. • Have basic MS Excel/Word knowledge • Must be at least 18 years old • Has an eye for detail and sharp observation skills • Able to commit 4 hours a week, on both weekdays and weekends • Comfortable in writing simple report • No past experience required as long as you can speak and mutually exchange information, you can be a mystery shopper
