Job Description - Office Building Receptionist (Suntec City, Full-time. UP to: $2,300)

Responsibilities:
- Manage customer service/ information counter
- Attend to shoppers' and tenants' enquiries and feedback
- Provide directional assistance to the various zones
- Any other duties pertinent to the operations to ensure excellent customer service to customers

Requirements:
- Pleasant, positive and with friendly disposition
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer Service or Call Centre experience preferred
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays
