• Co-ordinate documents and work flow among Nextevo operations • Manage inventory (during transition period to ERP) • Ensure regular update on inventory list • Manage and deliver samples to customers • Keep records in the system and coordinate with accounting • Update potential customer details in the database • Occasionally support administrative matters
Requirements
• Proficiency in Microsoft office, especially Excel • Attention to detail and ability to work in a team • Encouraged for applicants above 50 years old • Bilingual in English and Mandarin preferred • Only Singapore citizens
