Job Description - Part-time Admin (Tai Seng, Flexible Working Hours)

JOB HIGHLIGHTS

RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform Admin duties - Sorting out letters, arranging courier & delivery, receiving incoming parcels and goods
Documents filing - ensure proper documentation and archiving
Assist in month end closing
Handle & screening phone calls - take down details and information
Procurement of office stationery
Maintain upkeep of warehouse / reception area / meeting area
Any other ad-hoc duties as and when assign

REQUIREMENTS

At least a GCE “N”/”O” Levels certificate
Flexible working hours (eg. 4-5 hrs per day for 5 days, or 3 days a week)
Salary: $10/hr - $12/hr (depending on experience and skill set)
Able to read and type in English and Mandarin
Basic Computer Knowledge
Proficient in MS Excel & Word
Entry level candidates are welcome (Experience would be advantageous)
