Call Centre Associate

Responsibilities:

• Perform outbound call (inform parents about schedule and payment)
• Log all calls and update onto the system
• Ensure enquiries are attended to, according to guideline
• Maintains and accurately update customer’s enquiry, problem and resolution into the case management system
