Arcade Crew

Responsibilities:

Game Operation: Operate arcade games efficiently and ensure they are in proper working order. Troubleshoot minor technical issues and escalate major problems to maintenance staff.

Guest Assistance: Greet guests warmly, assist them with game instructions, provide recommendations, and address any concerns or questions they may have.

Safety and Security: Enforce safety rules and guidelines within the arcade area. Monitor guest behavior to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all patrons. Report any safety hazards or incidents to management promptly.

Cleaning and Maintenance: Perform routine cleaning tasks such as wiping down games, sweeping floors, and emptying trash bins to maintain a clean and organized arcade environment.

Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by being attentive, friendly, and responsive to guest needs. Address guest complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
