Project Manager - Part-Time

This position reports to the Director. Project manager oversee all aspects of projects, ensuring they stay on schedule, within budget, and meet quality standards. Coordinate resources, manage risks, communicate with stakeholders, and ensure client satisfaction from planning to completion. Job Description

Individual to be involved in:
1. Develop comprehensive plans and coordinate with stakeholders.
2. Efficiently allocate and oversee resources for timely project completion.
3. Ensure adherence to design standards through regular inspections.
4. Identify and mitigate potential project risks to maintain progress.
5. Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders.
6. Monitor expenses and progress to keep projects on track.

Job Requirements

1. Proficiency of project management software such as Microsoft Project effectively plan, schedule, and track project progress.
2. Understanding of local building codes, regulations, and permit requirements to ensure project compliance and avoid potential legal issues.
3. Ability to develop accurate project budgets, conduct cost estimations, and monitor expenses to keep projects within budget constraints.
4. Familiarity with construction methods, materials, and interior design principles to effectively communicate with contractors, designers, and clients.
5. Proficiency in identifying potential project risks, conducting risk assessments, and implementing strategies to mitigate risks and minimize project disruptions.
6. Experience in contract negotiation, preparation, and management to secure favorable terms with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors, while ensuring compliance with project requirements and timelines.
