Job Description
Individual to be involved in: 1.This role will be responsible for sales and executional engagement on the shop floor, meaning everyday deployment of activations, ensuring stock availability, overseeing promotions 2.Identify and analyze business within the market using syndicated data and account data information to capitalize on potential opportunities. 3.Ensure consistent adherence to brand guidelines and outlet standards 4.Deliver 6P goals annually (POS, Price, Persuasion, a Promotion, People & Permanent Visibility) at Account & store level. 5.Be the internal voice of the shop floor providing insights in shopper, promotion, competitor and market dynamics. 6.Be the retail partner of our business. Requirements
1.Sales or retail experience within FMCG/luxury goods
2.Strong selling skill set and ability to influence
3.Team players with a strong collaborative approach. 4.Customer focused strategic thinker with creative flair & an eye for category insights 5.Good analytical skills - ability to work within a deadline & deliver commercial KPIs 6.In-depth understanding of retailers in a south east asia market.
