Enterprise Management Case Study Researchers / Research Assistants - Part-Time

Full-time Salary: SGD 4,500 - SGD 6,500

Part-time Hourly Rate: Starting from SGD 20 per hour

Job responsibilities mainly include but are not limited to the following:

Research Directions: Strategic design, value innovation, strategic execution; products, talent, users; marketing, performance, finance.

1. Approx. 40% Enterprise Case Studies: Collecting, coding, analyzing data, conducting research on target case enterprises, interviewing corporate executives, writing case study reports. Reports include but not limited to literature reviews, information or data on case enterprises per module, summarized methodologies and tools, and corresponding knowledge points.
2. Approx. 40% Teaching Assistance: Includes course development and design, educational tools and materials preparation.
3. Approx.10% Coordination: Assisting in liaising and coordinating with international scholars, and Fortune 500 company management team’ interviews and speeches.
4. Approx.5% Operations Assistance: Includes organizing forums, conferences, and seminars.
5. Approx. 5% Necessary Administrative Assistance: Includes budgeting and communication, etc.

Essential Requirements:

1. Degree in Management/Business, familiar with operational management, management science, data science, etc.
2. Excellent written skills in English or Chinese, with publications in business/management papers, blogs, articles, or other forms of media.
3. Able to independently conduct qualitative research (case analysis, interviews, content analysis) and quantitative research.
4. Skilled in data analysis and financial statement analysis.
5. Proficient in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and other office software.
6. Part-time candidates must be able to work more than 24 hours per week.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Familiar with business school case teaching or;
2. Individuals with business and management work experience, especially those with over three years of experience in Fortune 500 companies;
3. Familiar with big data analysis, quantitative research methods including data collection, cleaning, and analysis. Experience using quantitative analysis software like Stata, SAS, R, and Python. Knowledge of machine learning (supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement) and web scraping. Familiarity with Wind database is a plus.
4. Postgraduate degree or above.
5. Singaporean or Malaysian citizens.
