Facilities Executive (Floater Role) - Part-Time

Contract Duration: 4 months

Work Week: 5.5 days, with alternate Sat.

Working Hours: 8.30am – 6.00pm (Mon to Fri)

8.30am – 12.30pm (Sat)

Job Scope:

• Manage building facilities
• Conduct proactive inspection of premises
• Handle vendor management for upcoming tasks
• Provide Excellent Customer Service
• Coordinate meetings, projects and work assignments with multiple stakeholders
• Ensure ⁠Safety and Compliance

Requirements:

• Minimum ITE Certification
• Over 3 months of experience in facilities management
• Hardworking, committed and independent
• ⁠Able to travel to other assigned offices as scheduled
• Knowledge in MS Office
• ⁠Service-oriented with good communication skills
