Management Associate Program - Part-Time

Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and client-focused Wealth Management Associate to join our team. Whether you are a fresh graduate, an experienced banker, or a seasoned consultant, this role offers a dynamic environment to harness your skills. Your primary focus will be client acquisition, and you will have the opportunity to introduce potential investors to our diverse portfolio of investment fund houses. Key Responsibilities:

   Client Acquisition: Actively seek and acquire new clients through networking, referrals, and strategic outreach.
   Portfolio Management: Work with clients to manage their portfolios, aligning investment strategies with their unique needs and risk profiles.
   Product Introduction: Educate clients about our various investment products, guiding them towards the best fit for their financial goals.
   Team Collaboration and Independent Work: Work independently on individual client portfolios, as well as collaborate with the team on certain projects.
   Compliance and Reporting: Adhere to all regulatory guidelines and maintain accurate client records and documentation.

Qualifications:

   Education and Experience: Fresh graduates or experienced professionals in banking or consulting are welcome to apply.
   Soft Skills: Strong communication, relationship-building, and analytical skills are essential. An aptitude for problem-solving and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
   Training: We offer an induction and orientation program to teach new consultants everything they need to know about our products and methods.
