Business Development Executive - Part-Time

Main Responsibilities 

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, resulting in high customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate recruitment efforts by sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Set up and organize interview schedules, including arranging interview rooms and notifying candidates and interviewers.
• Communicate with candidates regarding interview details and provide necessary information.
• Work closely with managers to facilitate the onboarding process for new associates and assist in team management.
• Any other duties as and when reasonably assigned by the management.

Requirements 

• Possess a minimum of a local diploma.
• Entry-level candidates are welcome no prior experience required, but must demonstrate a willingness to learn.
• Must have a keen eye for detail, be highly efficient, and possess strong teamwork skills.
• Demonstrates proactiveness and enthusiasm in contributing to the expansion of the business.
• Strong sales and customer relationship management skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team to achieve common goals.
• Able to work independently to resolve problems.
