Job Description - Freelance Recruiter - Part-Time

  • Manage 360-degree recruitment processes from start to finish.
  • Acquire clients and gather accurate client information and helper requirements.
  • Source domestic helpers locally and from overseas (Myanmar, Indonesia, Philippines, India).
  • Screen resumes and accurately match requirements.
  • Conduct pre-interviews with potential helpers and arrange effective interviews with clients.
  • Process applications, handle documentation, and manage relevant logistics.
  • Collect placement fees from clients.
  • Conduct handovers and briefings.
  • l Perform post-placement checks and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Be fully committed and responsible for meeting individual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
