0702 Assistant Operations Manager ( School/ Geylang) - Part-Time

Work Hours:

Mondays to Thursdays: 6:30am to 3.30pm, inclusive of half an hour lunch break

Fridays: 6:30am to 3pm, inclusive of half an hour lunch break

Contract Period: 29 July 2024 to 28 July 2025

Work Location: Geylang east Central

Job Responsibilities:

(a) Assist Operations Manager in the following :-

(i) Supervise and manage daily operations on site.

(ii) Plan and organise manpower for operations.

(iii) Lead and mentor junior officers / staff

(iv) Minor repair work.

(b) Identify faults to ensure school is safe and building is properly maintained.

(c) To accompany contractors when in school for repairs/maintenance.

(d) Security/access control at school gates, mainly (but not limited) at the new drop off/pick up along Aljunied Road.

Job Requirement

1) Building Construction Authority (BCA) diploma, in Facilities Management-related discipline or Relevant and Equivalent qualification.

2) An effective team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.

3) A meticulous individual who is able to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment

4) 3 years of relevant work experience.
