Change Management Consultant (6 Months) - Part-Time

Zenith Infotech (S) is a Tech Recruitment firm with 27 years of experiencec in Singapore.

Currenlty, we are assiting one of our clients to lookout for Change Management Consultant to support a project for 6 months (at least).

Work closely with client to drive successful change adoption. This role involves assessing change impacts, developing strategies, and providing guidance to ensure smooth transitions and alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities: -

• Conduct thorough assessments of organizational change readiness and impact. -
• Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies and plans. -
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement and communication to ensure buy-in and support for change initiatives. -
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives, identifying areas for improvement. -
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate change management activities into project plans. -
• Develop and maintain change management tools, templates, and resources.
