The Opportunity
Responsibilities
Change Management & Communications
• Work with Change Management, Communications and Employee Engagement Team Lead to ensure that change management and communications strategies and executions are:
o aligned with business priorities, and
o delivered in a consistent tone of voice and communication style.
• Work with Project Leads and Product Owners (POs) to:
o storyboard, design and produce multimedia communication content and learning resources, e.g. eDMs, infographics, newsletters, videos etc.),
o drive effective change management, and
o drive adoption of newly rolled-out work tools.
• Set up dashboard and leverage data and insights to:
o track progress and establish effectiveness of change management and communications initiatives, and
o facilitate decision making and action steps planning.
• Support the planning and execution of Townhalls, including pre-and post-event content creation and publishing.
• Work with Tech developers to design, build and maintain the department’s revamped intranet site.
Employee Engagement
• Support the tracking and analysis of the department’s annual employee engagement survey to identify opportunities and gaps to position DBS and RMG Credit Risk as an employer of choice.
• Support the facilitation of workshops and team discussions that bring alignment and actionable steps to drive greater employee engagement and experience.
• Design, develop and deliver creative and refreshing employee engagement initiatives, e.g. campaigns, internal events etc. that are focused on driving the department towards our envisioned culture of inspiring, engaging, developing and caring for the wellbeing of our RMG Credit Risk colleagues.
