We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic individual to join our team as Service Staff member at our Chinese dessert and bar. As a service staff member, your primary responsibilities will include cashier duties and basic food, ingredients, and raw materials preparation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and has an interest in Chinese desserts and beverages.

Responsibilities

Cashier Duties:

• Accurately process customer orders using our POS system.
• Handle cash transactions and provide customers with receipts.
• Maintain a clean and organised cashier station.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner.

Food Preparation:

• Assist in the preparation of basic food items, ingredients, and raw materials according to standard recipes and procedures.
• Ensure that food preparation areas are clean and sanitised at all times.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.
• Basic knowledge of Chinese desserts and alcoholic beverages is a plus.
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
