Position Overview:

As an IT Intern, you will work along with IT team to manage and support the network in Temus. This position provides a unique opportunity for you to technical knowledge in MS, Azure and Office365 and understand IT environment and cyber and infosecurity landscape for a digital company Roles and Provide daily technical advice, support & guidance to staff & management.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and support network & IT applications administration, including Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory, Network Infrastructure, ITSM and Endpoint management.
• Manage and update the ticketing system.
• Add new template designs
• Configure the SLM Understanding new design requirements and analyse if it fulfils ITSM and ITIL guidelines
• Review new products and assess suitability for departments and company

Required Skills:

• Strong technical knowledge and management of company’s servers and firewalls, cloud technologies and different applications
• Strong interest and understanding of different Microsoft products such as Office 365, Azure, and Windows Creative
• Resourceful, assertive attitude
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work on multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
• Understand and perform root-cause analysis for the issues handled.
• Proactive in researching ways to improve process.
