JAVA Developer - Contract - Part-Time

Job Description:

• Collaborating with front-end developers, designers, and other stakeholders to develop and maintain robust backend solutions
• Designing and implementing scalable and efficient backend architectures
• Translate the product roadmap into user stories and acceptance criteria for the delivery team
• Groom and prioritise backlog of work for delivery team
• Decide on priority of backlog items to deliver aligned with the needs of customers and business stakeholders
• Manage testing execution and timeline, ensure satisfactory delivery of product backlogs

Requirements:

• Good knowledge of backend systems(Java, J2EE), database and APIs
• Understanding SDLC very well
• Strong analytical skills and able to assess multiple systems for trouble shotting. Good problem solver and decision maker
• Knowledge of financial and investment product would be a plus
• Ability to analyse complex issues and propose appropriate solutions
