Job Description - Logistics Executive (6 Months Maternity Cover) #HMS - Part-Time

Location: Pandan Loop

Logistics Executive (6 months maternity cover)
Working hours: Monday - Friday Office hours

Salary: up to $3200

Job Description:

Generate invoices/DO for daily deliveries
Liaise with appointed forwarders and couriers for deliveries
Liaise with SciMed Warehouse and appointed 3rd party warehouses for release of goods
Organise and manage inventory, storage and transportation
Ensure safe and timely pickup and delivery
Address and resolve inventory issues
Respond to customer queries and refer clients to the proper channels
Review customer PO and delivery note to ensure accuracy
Perform inventory check (twice yearly)
Provide customer service, coordination and admin/sales support
Other adhoc duties
