Job Description - Operations Manager - Part-Time

To manage daily operations, box office ticketing management, monthly budget and staff work schedule for Harry Potter's project at Resort World Sentosa (RWS).
To lead and manage a team of Operations Executives, Full Time and Part Time Hosts.
To support in planning and hosting VIPs and protocol requirements for NEON & RWS requirement.
To work closely with RWS Operations Team and various key stake holders to ensure seamless guest experience.
To work closely with Production and Technical Team to ensure all AVL equipments are in good working conditions for daily opening and after closing follow up actions.
To work closely with Retail Team to support their photo operations,and merchandising opportunities.
