Part-Time Dog Daycare Attendant

Role: Dog Daycare Assistant

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Dog's safety at all times
• Communicate and train dogs
• Monitor dog play groups
• Walk, feed, clean and bathe dogs
• Clean and Tidy daycare facility daily
• Clean up dog poop and pee

Requirements:

• Passion for dogs
• Willingness to pick up positive reinforcement and Force Free Training methods
• Responsible and self-driven
• Patient and reliable
• Team-player

Strongly preferred:

• Previous professional and/or shelter experience with dog care

Possible Part time shifts:

• Shifts are on Weekdays (Mon - Fri).  We have 4 hour, 6 hour and 9 hour shifts depending on our staffing needs.  Daycare hours are 8a - 6p.
• Will be required to commit 6 months minimum at least twice per week
• Pay starts at $7 per hour
