Regional Executive, Payroll

Job Summary

• Support the Regional Manager to oversee payroll management, budgeting exercise and monthly manpower reporting and support other key C&B initiatives where required.

Accountabilities

• Primarily responsible for monthly manpower reporting and budget exercise.
• Responsible for supporting payroll processing.
• Review the existing current processes to ensure efficiency.
• Incumbent will also support other C&B initiatives and projects, where necessary

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in HR, Business Admin, or related.
• Minimum 5 Years of working experience in HR and/or Payroll Management.
• Familiar with Singapore Employment Act and various employment regulations in the region.
• Advantageous to have payroll, budgeting, and data management experience.
• Detailed and Meticulous, comfortable working with multiple datasets.
• Strong stakeholder management, able to work independently, pro-active, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with practical experience
