Job Description - Sales Support & Admin (6 Months Renewable Contract) - Part-Time

Roles & Responsibilities

As a Sales Support & Admin, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our sales, administrative, and accounting functions. This multifaceted position offers a unique opportunity to utilize your diverse skill set and make a meaningful impact on the success of our organization. From providing exceptional customer service to managing financial transactions, you will be instrumental in supporting our team and delighting our clients.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing timely and professional assistance via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Assist the sales team with order processing, quote preparation, invoicing and contract management.
  • Coordinate meetings between departments.
  • Perform basic accounting functions such as data entry and reconciliations.
  • Support sales staff by completing and processing orders and keeping senior staff informed of any issues with delivery.
  • Support the administrative team with various tasks such as filing, document management, and office organization.
  • Assist sales to maintain sales software, updating of products, prices
  • Assist sales and administration to follow up with enquiry and documentation status for HSA licensing
  • Directing feedback from customers to relevant departments.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Qualifications, Skills, Experience

  • Diploma, Pre-U/'A' Level, Professional Certificate/NiTEC
  • Previous experience in sales support, administrative assistance, and basic accounting functions is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Able to speak in other languages will be an advantage.
