Site Supervisor - Part-Time

Job Description

• Close monitoring the progress daily to ensure on-time completion
• Managing the workers and sub-contractors on site
• Coordination between client, consultant and sub-contractor(vendors)
• Good interpersonal skills
• Generate and handle company internal reports and other relevant documents required
• Propose alternative work method or other way to increase productivity
• Report technical and engineering issues to Site Engineer
• Handle any other ad-hoc duties and tasks assigned
• Ensure the activities comply with the quality, environment, health & safety requirements

Job Requirements

• Diploma / Equivalent
• Technical expertise and knowledge in Building Construction works
• Must be certificate holder of BCSS/Confined space/Work At Height/Lifting
• Minimum of 5 years experience as Senior Site Supervisor at BUILDING PROJECTs is a must
• Independent, Hardworking and willing to learn
• Knowledge in MS Office
