• WSQ Enhance Food Nutrition
• WSQ Cultivate a Productivity and Innovative Mindset
• WSQ Interact and Serve Food & Beverage Customers
• WSQ Maintain Food & Beverage Service Environment
• WSQ Maintain Safe & Secure Working Environment
• WSQ Maintain Quality Control Procedures
• WSQ Maintain Food & Beverage Production Environment
• WSQ Prepare Equipment and Ingredients
• WSQ Prepare For Service (Misc En Place)
• WSQ Provide Counter & Takeaway Services
• WSQ Provide Safety and Security For Customers

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess ACLP or ACTA qualifications; DACE qualification will be advantageous;
• Candidate must be able to interact well and complete the learning outcomes of the course;
• Candidate must also show their trade qualifications and may be called to test bake or cook for interviewing purposes.
