Education Consultant Cum Customer Service Associate - Part-Time

United Language Centre (ULC), a leading language school and expat community hub in Singapore, is looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Education Consultants cum Customer Service Representatives.

As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in connecting with expats, guiding them through their language learning journey, and providing outstanding support to our students and educators. If you're enthusiastic, results-driven, and eager to make a difference, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Proactively engage with prospective students and their families to understand language learning needs and goals.
• Present and promote diverse language programs, assessing proficiency levels, and recommending suitable courses.
• Generate leads, meet sales targets, and ensure smooth enrollment processes.
• Maintain student relationships, manage credits, and coordinate lesson schedules.
• Collaborate with educators, sales, and marketing teams to enhance customer experiences.
• Stay updated on industry trends and contribute to sales strategies and campaigns.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings to position ULC as the preferred language education provider
• Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities to enhance sales skills and product knowledge

Requirements:

• Proven track record in sales/customer service, preferably in education or language training.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, with a passion for customer satisfaction.
• Proficiency in Mandarin & English; additional language proficiency is a plus.
• Experience with Hubspot CRM systems or sales software is an advantage
