Admin cum Sales Associate

• Passionate & have prior dealing with handbags is a plus.

• Speak Chinese and Bahasa is an advantage.

• Good working knowledge in Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Canvas

• Excellent customer service skills and good product knowledge.

You agree to provide services as follows:

• Actively participate in selling activities to secure orders and exceed sales targets.

• Understand customer needs and preferences to provide personalized product recommendations.

• Enhance brand image/promotion and increase customer’s product requirement.

• Build customer loyalty & able to explain products, follow-up as & when required.

• Work with event manager/organizers & ensure the in-store/booth/exhibitions display sections are well-organized, visually appealing, and properly stocked & placed.

• Work with suppliers for any kind of customer requirement & ensure timely product delivery.

• Assist with the processing of stock deliveries, shop floor replenishment, inventory replenishment, cash and other daily operations/administrative job as & when required.
