Job Description - PART/FULL TIME RECRUITMENT ASSOCIATE

Job Description:

• Sourcing suitable candidates

• Conduct interviews and shortlist potential candidates for the company.

• Enroll and orient new employees into the company.

• Maintains human resources records by maintaining applications, resumes, and applicant logs.

• Any other duties assigned.

Skills and Qualifications Required:

• Able to prioritize and communicate clearly and professionally with candidates, both verbally and writing

• Administrative Writing Skills

• Maintain confidentiality

Minimum requirements:

• Excellent interpersonal skill

• Team player

• Time Management

• Multi-tasking

• Meticulous

• Fluent English literacy, both verbally and written

• Fluent in Mandarin is a plus

Education:

• Diploma/A level holders

• (Graduate degree is a plus)
