Project Engineer (E&I)

Job Responsibilities: You will be part of the Electrical & Instrumentation Team To manage a team of supervisors, workers, subcontractors and vendors to execute works within given time frame To resolve site issues with supervisors, subcontractors, vendors, main contractors and/or related third parties To co-ordinate site works, workflows and inspections with main contractors’ site representatives including attending site co-ordination meetings. To plan, implement and monitor weekly works activities in accordance to the master schedule, maintaining, manage and document all project reports and statements To monitor work progresses, productivity, quality and materials usage and ensure those items meet targeted schedule and productivity. To enforce and ensure that all supervisors, workers and subcontractors abide to safety, health and environment rules and regulations. To prepare Materials Bill of Quantities requires for the project Assist in all preparation and submission of tenders, quotations and costing of jobs. Assist in the preparation of progress claim, variation valuations, purchase order, work orders, contracts, final accounts and deal with clients in relation to claims and contract issues. Assist in project administration and co-ordination works that included sourcing, schedule preparation, liaison with different departments and dealing with suppliers Attendance for all Tools Box meetings and all Safety meetings To implement Testing & Commissioning plan Job Requirements: Able to communicate in Mandarin Willing to commit to 5.5 work days Min Diploma/ ITC certificate in related trade with 3 years’ experience Experience in Oil & Gas industry will be highly preferred With Building Construction Safety Supervisor Course and any other WSH related Certificates will be an added advantage Must be a team player who can persevere, is diligent, holds integrity and takes initiative
