Retail Supervisor

Our client is expanding rapidly throughout the last 11 years, opening over 200 stores in Asia and London, with future exciting plans to expand to many more regions across Europe, North America and Japan.

To succeed in this fantastic role, you must be passionate about fashion & retail.

Reporting to the respective Store Manager, the Retail Supervisor will be:

• Handle customer’s questions, complaints and queries on merchandise and promotions
• Manage retail staff, including cashiers and staff working on the ground level
• Ability to lead and guide staff to maximize their potential in the organization as well as evaluating on the job performance
• Managing staff schedules
• Able to manage and maintain inventory, replenish stock, visual merchandising for the department assigned, monitor stock levels and analyse sales reports
• Ensure promotions are accurate and merchandised to the company’s standards
• Maintain a positive attitude and lead by example to ensure excellent customer service and seek to ensure you provide good customer satisfactory

Requirements:

• Min. GCE 'N' level, ITE, Diploma or its equivalent
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in fashion is a MUST
• Customer and sales oriented
• Willing to do shift work (including weekends and public holidays)
