Here’s how you can be our Sales Advisor! • Having a great customer- focused mindset, always thinking of creating a great shopping experience with excellent service to our customers • Being passionate about our brand • Having a friendly, social and helpful personality with a positive attitude • Being open to feedback • Having great communication skills • Having the willingness to learn and improve What you'll do - Provide excellent direct and indirect customer service - Actively work with garments, including processing, stocking, replenishing, folding, handing, displaying and merchandising as per H&M guidelines and maximize profitability - Handle transactions at the cashier - Unload garments and label merchandise with tags - Execute reductions, prices changes, transfers and cash register routines - Work with team members to ensure that the selling floor, fitting rooms, stock room and cash points are clean and well-maintained - Adhere to H&M's values and internal processes and guidelines
