Job Description - Service Associate/Brand Ambassador

Have a passion in F&B? Are you driven in customer service, being hands-on and eager to be a part of a prominent company in the F&B industry? Then you're in luck and this just may be the right opportunity for you!

Job Description/Responsibilities

Providing excellent customer service
Marketing and promoting the brand and its products
Collating feedback from customers
Customer Relationship Management
Sharing of product information with customers
Handling of delivery orders through emails & phone calls
Attending meetings
Assisting with preparation of tea leaves, brewing of cold tea and cakes for sampling
Cash register operations
Keeping the shop clean and tidy

Requirements:

Singaporeans or PRs ONLY
At least 3 years' of sales experience will be an added advantage
Pleasant and well-groomed
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly, outgoing and willing to work
Possess a high drive, efficiency and assertiveness
High initiative and positive attitude
