- Briefs personnel on preparations, service and content of menu items.
- Coordinates with kitchen on daily or monthly specials and promotions.
- Performs duties common to all captains or waiters and other duties as may be assigned.
- Maintains proper records of sales, guest complaints, solutions and all concerns pertaining to personnel or equipment in appropriate logbooks for reference.
- Monitors and supervises service flow in the restaurant.
- Ensure good general appearance and maintenance of restaurant working areas.
- Ensure adequate supplies of materials, and requisition for general supplies.
- Attends to guest complaints, requests or inquiries regarding food and services
- Make frequent suggestion to restaurant manager in reference to improvement of general operation, F&B promotion, cost control and profitability.

- Can comfortably work long hours on your feet in a hectic work environment
- Rotating shifts with 6 off days in a month including Sat/Sun/PH
