AI & Data Product Manager

• Define and own the product
  vision and roadmap for AI and data-driven solutions.
  
• Translate business needs
  into data and AI product requirements.
  
• Prioritize features and

• Collaborate with data
  scientists, engineers, and UX teams to build scalable products.
  
• Manage the lifecycle of
  AI/ML models from development to deployment and monitoring.
  
• Ensure ethical AI
  practices including fairness, transparency, and compliance.
  
• Define and track product
  KPIs and success metrics.
  
• Drive stakeholder
  alignment and communicate product strategy and progress.
  
• Oversee data quality,
  governance, and integration with enterprise systems.
  
• Coordinate A/B testing,
  model retraining, and performance optimization.
  
• Ensure security, privacy,
  and regulatory compliance (e.g., POPIA in South Africa).
  
• Lead product documentation, training, and user
  adoption initiatives.
  

Requirements

• Strong understanding of
  AI/ML concepts, data pipelines, and analytics.
  
• Experience with product
  management tools and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  
• Proficiency in SQL,
  Python, and familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  
• Ability to write clear
  product requirements and user stories.
  
• Strong stakeholder
  management and communication skills.
  
• Analytical thinking and
  problem-solving mindset.
  
• Familiarity with MLOps,
  model monitoring, and version control.
  
• Knowledge of data
  governance, security, and compliance frameworks.
  
• Experience with BI tools
  like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
  
• Passion for innovation, user-centric design, and
  responsible AI.
