Role Overview

We are continuously seeking skilled Business Analysts to join our talent pool for future opportunities. Key Responsibilities

• Analyse data and processes to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
• Create and maintain documentation, including business cases, process flows, and user stories.
• Support testing and validation to ensure delivered solutions meet business objectives.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.

Your Skills and Experience

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically.
• Expertise in gathering and documenting business requirements using techniques like interviews, workshops, and surveys.
• Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or Microsoft Visio for process mapping and documentation.
• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
• Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI).
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) are an advantage.
