Job Description - Concrete Foreman (Contract)

We are seeking an experienced 'Concrete Foreman' to join our clients team in East London on a 6-month contract. The successful candidate will oversee and coordinate all concrete works on site, ensuring quality, safety, and deadlines are met.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead concrete teams on-site
Plan and allocate daily tasks, resources, and equipment
Ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications
Monitor progress, quality, and productivity of concrete works
Liaise with site management and subcontractors

Requirements

Proven experience as a Concrete Foreman or similar role
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to read and interpret drawings and plans
Sound knowledge of concrete techniques, form work, and finishing
Valid driver’s license
