CS Operations Agent - Fixed-term contract

We are looking for a skilled Customer Support Operations Agent to join our fast-growing Support team. 

Please note that this role is offered on a fixed-term contract, for a duration of 6 months.

You’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service, both online and in-person, across our ride-hailing division.

• Supporting Bolt’s customers and partners — online and in person — to help them get the most out of our services.


• Resolving issues quickly and kindly, using Bolt’s best practices and your own sound judgment.


• Communicating clearly and professionally across multiple channels — chat, email, voice, or face-to-face.


• Helping improve how we work by sharing feedback and ideas with your team and cross-market peers.


• Playing an active role in shaping a world-class customer experience across our verticals.

• You're confident handling both online and in-person support interactions.


• You’re an excellent communicator, fluent in English (bonus if you speak other South African languages).


• You bring strong attention to detail, stay calm when challenges arise, and adapt quickly to solve problems.


• You’re able to follow structured processes while ensuring the experience remains personal and human.
