We’re looking for a driven, detail-oriented BTL Franchisee Network Account Manager to join our agency team. This role is ideal for a seasoned BTL professional with 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced agency environment. The ideal candidate thrives under pressure, manages high volumes of tasks efficiently, and brings precision, urgency, and strong relationship skills to the table.
You’ll be responsible for managing a large portfolio of franchisee accounts, serving as a key liaison between franchise owners, brand managers, suppliers, and the agency. You’ll drive day-to-day project delivery, ensuring every touchpoint meets client expectations and agency standards — on time and on budget.
This role requires someone who is hands-on, highly organised, and comfortable juggling 30–40 briefs per day, from sourcing images and writing briefs to coordinating studio actions and final delivery.
Client Management: Be the main point of contact for franchisees, store managers, brand teams, and suppliers. Build strong, trusted relationships across varying levels of seniority.
Project Coordination: Oversee up to 50 daily jobs, managing multiple deadlines, writing clear, customised briefs, sending artwork to print, following up, and responding to client needs with speed and accuracy.
Production & Finance: Work closely with suppliers to gather quotes quickly, manage production timelines, and handle all budgeting, billing, and cost estimates with precision.
Reporting: Deliver monthly account reports to ensure transparency and client confidence.
What You’ll Need
Experience: Minimum 5 years in a BTL agency, with solid production and account management experience. Retail experience is a strong plus.
Software Proficiency: Comfortable with MS Office and Chase Software.
Education: Matric (Grade 12) is required; a tertiary qualification is advantageous.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills, with a professional and presentable demeanour.
Work Ethic: Proactive, responsive, reliable, and client-service focused.
Additional: Basic social media knowledge is beneficial.
