We are seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on delivering outstanding customer service and handling inquiries with a service-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries, providing detailed and accurate information


• Assist customers in understanding the services available to them


• Maintain effective communication with clients to ensure their needs are met promptly


• Collaborate with team members to uphold high service delivery standards


• Stay updated with the latest developments in the customer service sector to provide informed support

Minimum Requirements

• Matric, with further education in a relevant field considered an advantage


• Prior experience in a customer service role


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and familiarity with digital communication platforms


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills


• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently


• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
  


• Ability to work USA-related shift patterns
