Job Summary:


We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team.You will play a key role in delivering engaging, learner-centred education to diverse student populations across international markets. This role is ideal for an educator who thrives in dynamic environments, embraces technology-enabled learning, and is passionate about shaping future-ready learners.



Key Responsibilities:


Teaching & Learning Excellence



  • Deliver high-quality instruction aligned to global curriculum standards and learner outcomes.

  • Design and implement engaging lesson plans that accommodate diverse learning styles and cultural contexts.

  • Assess learner performance and provide timely, constructive feedback to support academic growth.



Learner Engagement & Support



  • Maintain accurate academic records, attendance, and progress reports.

  • Create an inclusive, supportive, and motivating learning environment.

  • Support learners with varying abilities and backgrounds to achieve academic success.

  • Encourage critical thinking, collaboration, and active participation.



Curriculum & Content Development



  • Contribute to curriculum development, lesson resources, and assessment materials.

  • Adapt content for different regions, age groups, and delivery formats (online or classroom-based).

  • Collaborate with academic teams to continuously improve teaching quality and outcomes.



Quality Assurance & Compliance


Adhere to academic policies, teaching standards, and quality benchmarks


Participate in teaching evaluations, peer reviews, and professional development initiatives.



Experience and Qualification:



  • 3–5 years of teaching experience in a formal or global education environment.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education or a subject-specific field (Postgraduate teaching qualification 

  • Experience teaching diverse or international learner groups.

  • Strong classroom management and learner engagement skills.

  • Proficiency in digital learning platforms and virtual teaching tools.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
