A boutique creative agency specialising in visual design and
animation across digital and print. We build memorable brands through concept‑led
thoughtful craft.

THE ROLE (CLIENT‑DEDICATED)

• Work directly
  with the client to translate briefs into effective digital and print
  design, ensuring alignment with brand and business goals.
  
• Be the on‑site
  creative point person: attend stand‑ups, gather requirements, clarify
  briefs, and present work with confidence.
  
• Produce high‑quality
  assets across web, social, mobile, motion graphics and print; prepare
  final artwork and spec‑accurate files.
  
• Uphold and
  evolve brand consistency across all touchpoints; act as a brand guardian.
  
• Manage feedback
  loops professionally, iterate quickly, and communicate timelines, risks
  and dependencies clearly.
  
• Collaborate
  with Bohemian’s internal team (strategy, copy, motion) to deliver
  integrated solutions.
  
• Keep pace with
  platform and design trends—especially within streaming and
  entertainment—and proactively recommend improvements.
  
• Maintain tidy
  file structures, version control and basic trafficking/admin for your
  projects.
  

Requirements

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

• Degree/diploma
  in Graphic Design (or equivalent experience).
  
• 3–5 years’
  professional design experience with a strong, relevant portfolio.
  
• Proficient in
  Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects);
  familiarity with Figma/Canva a plus.
  
• Excellent
  client‑facing communication and presentation skills; comfortable working
  from the client’s offices regularly.
  
• Strong
  attention to detail, time management and organisation; able to prioritise
  in a fast‑moving environment.
  
• Collaborative
  mindset with a proactive, solutions‑oriented approach and appetite for
  continuous learning.
