Development Lead

The Development Lead is responsible for leading SAP development activities within upgrade projects from ECC to S/4HANA, including additional enhancements. The role involves analysing business requirements, identifying development needs, and ensuring high -quality deliverables through testing, debugging, and technical leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse business requirements and identify configuration, programming, reporting, interfaces, output files, security, and roles requirements
  

• Lead SAP object -oriented development, testing, and debugging activities
  

• Provide leadership in project delivery, ensuring development milestones, quality, and governance are met
  

• Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver scalable and maintainable solutions
  

Requirements

Qualifications & Certifications:

• 8+ years of relevant SAP development experience
  

• Developer -specific SAP Certification at all levels
  

• Proven experience in project delivery leadership
  

Candidate Requirements:

• Experienced, senior -level professional
  

• Preferably with Public Sector project experience
  

• Based in Cape Town or willing to work locally
