Job Title: Document Controller

Location: Booysens

Job Type: 6 month contract, expected to work Full-Time hours (Onsite)

This is a hands-on role for someone who can take ownership of document control and hit the ground running from day one. Experience with Key360 is a must

Key responsibilities

• Manage the receipt, registration, distribution, tracking and archiving of project documents and drawings
• Maintain document registers with accurate version control and revision tracking
• Administer documentation workflows within Key360
• Ensure all documentation meets company and project standards, formats and naming conventions
• Manage transmittals and track document approvals and outstanding actions
• Liaise with project teams, contractors and stakeholders on documentation requirements
• Compile status reports on documentation and outstanding items
• Maintain the confidentiality and integrity of controlled documents

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Document Controller (3+ years)
• Demonstrable working knowledge of Key360 — essential
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
